**Drink More Water, together we grow.** Join us on that journey and become part of our passionate and driven team now **Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**: - As a Demand Planner (M/F/d), you are responsible for our short - and long - term forecasts of the entire product portfolio - You contribute to improving the accuracy and stability of the monthly forecast - You work closely with all sales channels, as well as marketing, finance and logistics - You drive the optimization of our stock levels, as well as safety stocks - You build up a KPI driven model to constantly monitor forecasts vs actual sales **Your strengths and qualifications**: - You have successfully completed your studies in supply chain or business administration - You have built up great expertise in the field of demand or supply planning more than 2 years on the job - Experience in an e-commerce (start up) and experience with an ERP system are a big plus - You have a strong analytical understanding and a good "relationship" with numbers without losing sight of the big picture - You consider communication one of your core competencies and have a high degree of flexibility and ability to work in a team - You love strategic planning as much as operational implementation and have a strong hands-on mentality - Your ability to prioritize and your structured & strategic working approach enable you to prosper in a fast paced, and results-oriented environment. **What we offer you**: - A truly shaping position within our Purchasing team with high degrees of responsibility and autonomy - An** ambitious** and **international team, **for whom fun at work is very important - **€1000,-** gross annual training budget, to develop in your field - **MyClubs** sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance - **Monthly sports events** (Freaky Fridays), to be active with your team members - **Lunch allowance of €5; - per working day, **for a break with your colleagues - **Discount** on your waterdrop purchases and many free merchandising items - **Legendary summer and Christmas parties** **The minimum salary for this position is EUR 42.000 gross per year.
