Possible office locations: Austria (Gratkorn/Graz), Germany (Hamburg & Munich), France (Caen & Sophia Antipolis), Netherlands (Eindhoven). **Responsibilities**: - Manage a portfolio of programs for a product line or segment by steering multi-site, cross-functional teams consisting of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Systems, HW and SW engineers. - Manage and build a high-performance team of EPMs. - Initiate, plan, execute and close all programs as committed. - Track and publish programs’ business and technical KPIs. - Identify resources gaps and work with engineering leadership to have them resolved. - Handle typical escalations from programs. Provide architectural and technical guidance when required. - Inform the executive management team on risks and serious issues, taking responsibility in seeing them resolved. - Drive discussions to decisions on changes to program scope, schedule, and cost. - Ensure internal alignment on pre and post customer communications. - Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goals are aligned and met. - Ensure maintenance of comprehensive program documentation. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor/Master/Phd degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or similar is preferred. - Experienced in developing SoCs spanning the full life cycle: concept, development, customer sampling, mass production release and maintenance. - Business oriented. Able to handle multiple programs simultaneously. - Open minded and creative. - Self-motivated and deadline driven with a "Can do" attitude. - Strong leadership, time management and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experienced with standard Program Management processes and tools. - Willing and able to travel to engineering and customer locations.
