- The
- **Expert Center Reward and Recognition **is the competence center and internal consulting unit responsible for the group-wide implementation and maintenance of standards related to total rewards management (including job structuring, fixed compensation, bonus, sales incentives, benefits, recognition elements), regulatory requirements and HR controlling. We work truly internationally, our area of responsibility covers besides the Austrian entities, all network banks and other main international units of the RBI Group.

- Project-based work as member of a great team (internal working language mostly English)
- Diverse total rewards management related tasks with Austrian and group impact
- Participation in data collection and reporting activities
- Contribute to the fulfilment of regulatory requirements related to compensation
- Gaining state-of-the art professional know-how to solve complex challenges

**What you bring to the table**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- Advanced level MS Office knowledge
- Good team player with strong sense for fairness
- An eye for details and commitment to high quality contributions
- Experiences related to the legal/corporate governance area or data analytical activities would mean an advantage
