In this role, you will contribute to pricing excellence at Doka. As a Pricing Manager, you will be in a cross-functional position and actively develop forward-thinking pricing strategies that optimize pricing and profitability and drive margin expansion for our business unit. As part of formulating our pricing strategies, you will research industry best practices, define processes and oversee the implementation of pricing. You will work with multiple divisions, but primarily country organizations, to ensure that pricing is strategic, contributes to short, medium and long-term goals and supports evolving business objectives.
The following key tasks, among others, are part of this job:
- Driving and managing the various price adjustments (global / country specific)
- Creating analytical models to inform and influence pricing discussions
- Develop modern pricing strategies that are flexible to adapt to future changes, align with the overall pricing and marketing strategy and ensure implementation across the organization
- Developing guidelines and ensuring the transfer of know-how, including internal training to anchor the new pricing strategy, tactics and processes
- Managing the price adjustment process - analyzing the need for adjustment, evaluating price potential, developing recommendations for management and various stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Degree plus professional experience in a similar position and in the sales area
- Affinity for (IT) systems and mass data analysis
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally also German
- Strong communicator and team player with great negotiating skills

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. **Any overpayment is of course possible depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.** The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 3,473.42 according to the collective agreement (wood processing industry).
