Many marketplaces put the responsibility for listing product on the merchant, which does not always yield the best result for customers. At refurbed we strive to provide customers with the best-in-class experience and therefore we manage the listing of our merchants' products in-house. We are looking for a Teamlead Product Listing (M/F/x) to join our Listing team, who is responsible for the accuracy of the product data that we show to customers, from component level information to product descriptions and images. One mistake can lead to poor customer experience and a costly return for refurbed and our merchant partners. Together with you and your talent we want to make consumption sustainable and build the leading marketplace for refurbished products in Europe. Join us on our mission #TalentForFuture **WHO YOU ARE**: - You have experience in working with data, understanding databases - You have led a team before, ideally in a remote setting - You have worked with product catalogues before - You have worked with large data catalogues (e.g. ICECAT, CNET) - You have good knowledge of Python or any programming languages - You have excellent English skills, German is a plus - You don't use the term "That doesn't work" - You want to spend your time making a difference **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - You will lead and develop a team of experts - You represent the Listing team on a cross-functional level - You decide on task prioritization and distribution within the team - You continuously look for ways to optimise resources - You will implement SOPs and define metrics for the Listings team including the fit with the overall strategy - You lead and monitor change projects (e.g. managing inbound requests, implementation of new system) **ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE**: - You have experience with APIs (REST, GRPC or other framework) - You have worked in ecommerce before **WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US**:**A mission**: Let’s not waste our talent and use our valuable time to make a difference and help fix our planet.
