Join our dynamic team as a **Global Product Manager - Valves** and lead the development, innovation, and market success of cutting-edge valve products on a global scale

Additionally, you act as Product Manager for plant Vienna and Europe.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Identify market trends, customer needs and potential gaps in the product portfolio
- Generate and lead innovative product ideas from concept to release
- Develop and manage product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle roadmaps
- Support sales with quotation tools, product manuals, product certifications, training, customer engagement and presentations at conferences
- Provide content to marketing for development of marketing literature and campaigns
- Define and enforce global product standards and manage regional deviations
- Ensure product-related data quality in SAP
- Oversee production aspects like contribution margin, production costs, lead times, quality and supplier development and drive initiates to improve
- Monitor product performance and troubleshoot issues, suggesting improvements
- Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Management, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in compressor component engineering, development, or product management
- Proven experience managing international projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams effectively
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for business requirements
