**Your Mission**:

- Develop and implement fit-for-purpose social media strategy, creating business growth opportunities and content that resonates with our audiences.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging, brand tone, and visual identity, leveraging trends to enhance audience engagement.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building effective relationships with key stakeholders, to align social media efforts with broader communication and marketing strategies as well as to drive best practice management.
- Inspire and guide content creators, building a network of social media advocates and upskilling colleagues on the benefits and opportunities that are available.

**Your Profile**:

- Over 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms and best practices, including, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and effectively navigate a complex organisational structure.
- Strong understanding of corporate communications and the ability to translate complex messages into engaging social media content.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences and platforms.
- Skilled at using Canva to design eye-catching and professional graphics for social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and metrics, deriving insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns, including managing budgets, optimising performance, and targeting.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues on social media is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in German or other European languages are a plus.
