As an AREA Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You are in charge of several countries and responsible for a team of City VMs. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client Experience in store in strong collaboration with all responsible members of the Instore Team (Store Manager, Team Manager, Expert Advisor, Client Advisor, Country Visual Merchandiser). Furthermore you will be in strong collaboration with the Headoffice and the Country Visual Merchandiser Manager to understand and implement all visual merchandise novelties and guidelines.

Missions

Windows
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for the window installation
- Overview the window product change for every rotation

Interior Merchandising Implementation
- Overview and discuss regular store zoning and rotations in consultation of the Instore Team and the Instore VM
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser
- Visit competitors and report best practices
- Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
- Master knowledge of all product categories
- Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales
- Interact with the Instore Team to make sure key products are selected and well displayed

Interactions with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events
- Collaborate with the Instore Team and Instore VM on business events (sales trends, new launches, new collections) and visual merchandising topics (permanent and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines) regularly based on current figures and VM guidelines
- Share and overview the implementation of novelties and VM guidelines in cooperation with the Instore VM and the Instore Team
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for events in store

Day to Day Visual Merchandising Maintenance Checks (only for the dotted store)
- Overview and support the Instore VM to keep the visual merchandising on the highest standard
- Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting and visual merchandising tools where necessary
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines
