Für unseren weltweit agierenden Geschäftsbereich HYDRO am Standort **Wien** suchen wir in der Abteilung Service & Rehab/Sales einen PROPOSAL MANAGER (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis.

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, o.ä.), bevorzugt Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft, vorzugsweise im Service Bereich
- Generatorkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MSOffice Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (20%)
- Selbständige und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden im Generatorbereich in Österreich und Deutschland
- Koordinierung der Produkte (Schnittstellenmanagement)
- Erstellung von Angeboten
- Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von Marktstrategien
- Optimierung und Umsetzung von Prozessen
- Erstellung und Wartung der Rolling Forecast / Projektlisten
- Unterstützung bei der Projektantragstellung (Kalkulation, Kontrolle, etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei der Saleskostenbudgetierung und Verfolgung (Soll/Ist-Vergleich, Benchmarking)

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 2.861,91 / Monat anzuführen.
