- Harnessing and wiring of cables:
- Based on a fundamental on hands training at Lam and with continuous coaching
- Wiring is guided by an electronic tool (no electrical education or experience required).
- Documentation of performed work and active enhancement of assembly instructions where required
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Precise and structured working style, with a strong sense of duty and quality
- Good fine motor skills
- A technical education is preferred, but is no precondition for the position
- Good English skills (written and spoken), German would be a plus
- Ability to work in a diverse team and collaborate with other colleagues

**Working times**
Flexible working times, 8h33min/day, **every second Friday off, with attractive bonus system**
- 1 week morning (Mo-Fr, between 4 a.m. and 2.15 p.m.)
- 1 week afternoon (Mo-Thu, between 1.45 p.m. and 12 a.m.)
