**Responsibilities**:

- Designs, develops, and implements cost-efficient methods to test and troubleshoot systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
- Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and documents specifications and procedures for new products.
- Plans labor, cost, timeline, and equipment required for testing
- Managing of work packages for Lam internal and external resources, who supports with test fixture design and ATAC coding
- Transfer test fixtures to suppliers (including traveling and training)
- Off
- and On-side support for supplier
- Support Manufacturing Engineering activities like assembly instruction creation, BOM and assembly verification for specific programs
- Implement new ideas and defining new ways of testing to reduce costs and test time

**Qualifications**
- Technical education (HTL Elektronik/ Mechatronik-Education preferred or relevant experience)
- MS office skills
- Experience on lean manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing methodologies preferred
- Hands on experience with CAD, NX or similar tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Self managed and proactive working style
- Work overtime when required
- Ability to travel to suppliers or other Lam locations
