Scrum Master

mohemian is currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Innsbruck, that is passionate about crafting sophisticated, maintainable technical solutions. You are the right person if you want to contribute your ideas and strengths to find solutions to existing challenges and to point out new ways for our customers and portfolio companies.

**Your Contribution**:

- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time as well as on budget and produce the desired results
- Support the enigneering team and the product owner in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices, specifically using the Scrum framework
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Evaluate the approach, organize meetings, prepare their content and moderate them
- Drive initiatives for the team's progress and success
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as product owners and management, to manage and prioritize the product backlog and help to deliver features that delight our customers
- Maintain an overview of product development and ensure involved people are well informed about responsibilities, goals and progress

**Your Experience**:

- Excellent communicator and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, and practical experience in facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges and obstacles within a collaborative environment
- Ability to promote a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
- Proven working experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master and Jira/Confluence experience
- Fluent in English and German
