Your mission:

- Support in sourcing services, analytics, internal tool handling, trainings and preparing presentations
- Sourcing
- Tendering (request for mill Information, request for quotation )
- Gathering, verifying and building up data basis.
- Negotiation support and contract management
- Analyses
- Analysis of data
- Preparing reports
- Offers / pricelist / commercial / technical
- Market analyses (trends / situation, new products, new suppliers )
- Others
- Get basis product knowledge
- Standard product group / strategy / master presentation (create, update, and improve)
- Tool handling
- Exchange with mills stakeholders (Procurement / Technical / Maintenance / Finance)
- Alignment and feedback collection

Your profile:

- Active studies in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, technical engineering,...)
- Advanced user of MS Office (particularly Excel, Power Point, One Note)
- Excellent command of English, other languages would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
- Collaborative and supportive team-player
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-tasking
- Knowledge of procurement processes is advantageous
- Accrued and good feeling for numbers
- Knowledge of S4 Hana/SAP MM module is advantageous

Our offer:

- **Start**:immediate start possible
- **Location**:Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna - Take a virtual walk through our office
- **Duration**: limited to 12 months
- **Extent**:part-time, 20 hours / week
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,674 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
