**Wir suchen dich Einen engagierten HR Professional für interne Kommunikation und Projektmanagement, um unserer Head of HR Portfolio Management bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer internen Kommunikationsstrategie für die Personalabteilung zu unterstützen.**

Deine Expertise wird eine entscheidende Rolle dabei spielen, unsere Projektmanagement-Standards aufrechtzuerhalten und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Projekte reibungslos und effektiv ablaufen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte unsere interne Kommunikation aktiv mit.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**ENTWICKLUNG DER INTERNEN KOMMUNIKATIONSSTRATEGIE**

Du hilfst uns, unsere interne Kommunikationsstrategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Zunächst wirst du die besten Kommunikationstools, -kanäle und -plattformen auswählen und einführen. Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kollegen in unseren globalen HR-Abteilungen zusammen, um relevante Inhalte für unsere HR-Mitarbeiter und alle Mitarbeiter außerhalb von HR zu identifizieren und eine konsistente interne Kommunikation im Intranet sicherzustellen.

**HR COMMUNITY MANAGER FÜR DAS INTRANET**

In dieser Position gestaltest und strukturierst du die Inhalte in unserem Intranet und entwickelst einen intuitiven und benutzerfreundlichen Knowledge-Hub. Du bist der HR Community Manager für unser Intranet-Team im Headquarter und der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Intranet-Redakteure im HR. Du erstellst klare Richtlinien und Standards für die Erstellung von Inhalten im Intranet, um eine einheitliche Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.

**WEITERENTWICKLUNG DES HR-PROJEKTMANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS**

Du bist verantwortlich für unser umfassendes Projektmanagement-Framework, das ein Online-Training und eine Vielzahl an Projektvorlagen umfasst. Du stellst sicher, dass dieses Framework regelmäßig aktualisiert und an die besten Branchenpraktiken angepasst wird, um eine effiziente und effektive Projektdurchführung in der gesamten HR-Organisation zu ermöglichen. Außerdem leitest du die interne Projektmanagement-Community, um die Zusammenarbeit und den Wissensaustausch zwischen den HR-Teams im Headquarter zu fördern.

**SUPPORT DES PROJEKT- & PORTFOLIOMANAGEMENT-TOOLS**

Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für den Support und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolio-Management-Systems. Du nimmst Änderungswünsche unserer HR-Abteilungen entgegen, analysierst sie und setzt sie eigenständig im Tool um, damit das System den Anforderungen der Abteilung entspricht. Du aktualisierst regelmäßig die Benutzer-Dokumentationen und sorgst für einen effizienten Benutzersupport.

**Qualifikationen**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internen Kommunikation und im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im HR-Bereich

Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um effektiv mit internationalen Teams zu kommunizieren

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von internen sowie Kommunikationsstrategien sowie im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kommunikationstools, -kanälen und -plattformen

Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Implementierung von Richtlinien und Standards für die interne Kommunikation

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen der Organisation

Kenntnisse in Projekt
- und Portfoliomanagement-Methoden und -Tools sind von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlic

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2229 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
