**The team you'll be part of**
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.
You, as the **Sales Solution Manager**, will be part of our Europe Pre-Sales team and you will be working closely also with Sales and Product Management. Your own team consists of Voice Core Domain Sales Solution Managers located in various countries in Europe. The main customer you will focus on is in Austria, Vienna (and its affiliates) where you will work in close relationship with the customer team.

You will be required to be responsive to the needs of our customers and their sales teams acting as their trusted advisor for Nokia’s products and solutions. You must have a strong technical background, a clear understanding of the sales process, be completely self-motivated and able to operate in an independent manner with mínimal supervision.
As part of our team, you will:
- Translate customer requirements into solutions
- Accountable for scoping as well as interlocking with the Sales, Delivery and Portfolio Units during solution development
- Pro-actively identify & support opportunities with a heavy presence in the sales of the phases
- Support Sales teams in creating opportunity strategy, value-based selling guidelines and value argumentation
- Lead Demos/Workshops from a technical perspective and own scope definition.
- Contribute, validate, and consolidate the Offer technical response
- Act as the Lead Sales Solution manager
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- Excellent in German and English languages
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Computer Science (or related technical degree) or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in pre-sales, systems engineer, consulting systems engineer, technical marketing engineer, and/or solution architect role covering Mobile Voice Core (3G, 4G and 5G), or demonstrated equivalence.
- Deep competence in the Mobile Voice Core domain
- Expertise with cloud solutions
