Callnovo is a contact center established in 2004 with core operation centers in Asia, East Europe, and Latin America. We are a 24/7 multi-language call center and we'll be able to support your business domestically and globally. Our experienced and professional call center operation teams are currently gaining trust from many global SMEs, fortune 500 companies. We run every call center project professionally to guarantee clients the highest satisfaction level.

Currently,we are looking for an experienced Customer Service representatives with Native German and Fluent English speaking language ability for our e-commerce projects.

Here's the perks:

- USD$10-USD$13.00/hour with a daily paid 45-minute lunch break and bio-break.
- Approximately 160-180 monthly paid hours.
- Off during German Holiday
- Callnovo's friendly management team and the service client will provide the necessary training to get you on board
- We provide CRM and softphone system access.
- Work from the comfort of your own home (WFH).

Here's what we're looking for:

- An efficient, proactive-personality, responsible, responsive Customer Service Representative is required.
- More than 1 year of Customer service experiences.
- Native German Speaker in Germany with English ability; Or Fluent German speaker who are familar with German's culture.
- Reliable computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.

**Work Shift Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time - German Time (Monday - Friday)

**Salary**: 9.00€ - 12.00€ per hour
