Likewise, you will carry out all the usual reception activities (check-in, check-out, reservation requests, answering the phone, etc.). You are the direct contact person for all requests and inquiries of our demanding guests, which you fulfill with a high sense of duty and utmost care according to the motto "The guest is king". With your friendly, courteous and polite manner, you contribute to not only satisfy our guests, but to inspire them. You will respond to complaints professionally and in accordance with our internal standards.
