**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Die weltweite Versorgung unserer Kundenbedarfe mit wirtschaftlichen Beständen und effizienten Prozessen zu ermöglichen, stellt die Hauptaufgabe unseres Inventory & Supply Management Teams dar. Wir suchen eine proaktive Persönlichkeit, die unser Team dabei verstärkt

Sie gestalten strategische und operative Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Warenflüsse in unserem internen Supply Network und verantworten deren Umsetzung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

- Optimierung der globalen Warenströme und der Bestandsvorhaltung zur Bedarfsdeckung
- Analyse und Bewertung der Supply Chain Prozesse hinsichtlich Verbesserungspotentialen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von KPI-Dashboards als transparentes Reporting
- und Steuerungstool
- Ableitung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen für das Supply Chain Planning Tool (RapidResponse)
- Training der Supply Chain Prozesse und -tools für unser internationales Vertriebsnetzwerk
- Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb der Versorgungsketten und mit Stakeholdern (HQ, Areas, Landesorganisationen)
- Netzwerkdesign

**Qualifikationen**:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Supply Chain Management / Logistik
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management / Logistik oder Operations von Vorteil
- IT-Affinität (Prozess
- und Datenmodellierung, Anforderungsformulierung)
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil)
- proaktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Teamplayer mit hoher Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- selbständige, systematische und lösungsorientiere Arbeitsweise

**Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert.**
