**Regional IPD Project Manager (f/m)**

Based in Vienna, Austria

**Task and Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Provide overall leadership and management of regional IPD project **’**Ukraine Emergency Response**’’**;
- Ensures high quality project implementation with due respect to donor requirements and SOS CVIs regulations/standards and in coordination with other IOR functions support Member Associations in meeting internal and external standards and processes related to project cycle management, child safeguarding, procurement, financial management;
- With key project staff and stakeholders, ensure project strategic objectives and results are fully accomplished and meet donor requirements;
- Ensure alignment with overall ER Ukraine project pointing out synergies as well as collecting & sharing good practices for effective project design and implementation;
- Maintain written track record of all project-related communication and agreements;
- Keep all project-related documentation on file;
- Organize project-related meetings.

**Monitoring and reporting**:

- Develop and oversee project monitoring system, using data analysis as the basis for measuring performance;
- Communicate on a regular basis with the project’s lead applicant and report on the project’s progress;
- Supervise overall implementation, reporting and evaluation of the Project De-I and oversee program communication strategy;
- Review on regular basis project details, deliverables and schedules as per project Implementation Plan;
- Ensure progress and final reports are produced on time, in quality manner as per donor requirements;
**Learning and capacity building**
- Facilitate and document learning across all aspects of the project to improve planning and decision-making;
- Outline good practices as well as common challenges;
- Ensure wide dissemination and visibility of project achievements;
**Leadership and team management**
- Lead Project Implementation team towards the achievements of project’s objectives with high quality standards;
- In line with SOS CVIs standards for leadership framework provide functional leadership for project staff;
- Support professional and personal development of staff.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in economics, management or social sciences (Master degree in relevant field would be an advantage);
- At least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably on Institutional funded projects (e.g. ADA, USAID, DANIDA, NORAD or EU);
- Experience of working in the emergency content
- Experience of project/program concept development and management;
- Practice in community development, consultation and partnership development;
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite;
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
