BNP Paribas Asset Management has a presence in Austria since the year 2000 and is covering from the Vienna office institutional and wholesale clients in Austria and CEE.

Challenges that let you grow:

- Organising the publication and translation of annual financial statements
- Preparation and coordination of yearly Controls for Head of Compliance and Head of Risk ORC
- Evaluating the applicability of controls or procedures and implementing them for the set-up
- Responsible for the yearly External and Internal Audit
- Building and maintaining relationship with clients and preparing presentations for client meetings
- Responsible for organizing client events
- Coordinating the setup of new distribution agreements for clients in legal issues and editing their pre-formatted reportings
- Initiating the production of new marketing materials and sales initiatives
- Taking in active part in the weekly marketing meetings organized centrally and implementing and adapt to local needs activities that have been designed by the head office
- Building and maintaining contact to the journalist network and press contacts by providing them with information material and organizing interviews and roundtables

Skills that convince:

- University degree with focus on Marketing, Business Administration or related studies
- Organised and structured working method and very good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent language skills in English and German, French skills on a basic level
