**YOUR TALENT**:

- Support the local distributor with marketing materials provided by PUMA as well as access to most important marketing tools.
- Share Best Practice of PUMA subsidiaries and distribution partners.
- Support distributors with Digital Catalogue Tool where required.
- Provide support for PUMA FastCat access and usage.
- Assist in developing business plans together with the local distributors and local wholesalers to achieve strong sales growth in Teamsport, Running, Training.
- Ensure close collaboration and market proximity by frequent market visit (aspiration: important market at least 1x p.a., secondary markets at least 1x every two years).
- Steer in alignment with Marketing Teamhead the execution of the PUMA EEMEA Trade Marketing strategy and tactical measures
- Focus on realizing commercial opportunities which arise from international sports marketing assets in trade marketing and retail activities.
- Provide Retail Store POP support and activations.
- Support visual merchandising marketing in new and existing retail stores.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers in bringing impactful initiatives for each market to life.
- Support distribution partners and wholesalers by providing access and guidance to and for global or regional marketing activities, via tools like PUMA FastCat, Marketing Releases information, and others.
- Monitor in collaboration with the Teamhead Marketing and Marketing Mangers the activities of distribution partner to ensure that agreed marketing budgets are invested effectively.
- Support the marketing team in providing project reportings and market research.
- Manage the marketing stock of the EEMEA distribution marketing team to effectively set up seeding activities as well as owned EEMEA content productions.
- Steer the internal marketing communications efforts such as internal communications, internal events, charity events, contribution to sustainability projects like e.g. fleet management transformation, and others of PUMA Austria in alignment with Office Management, P&O department, and Marketing Teamhead.
- Execute employer branding activities for PUMA Austria in alignment with P&O department and Managing Director PUMA Austria.
- Support and execute sport partnership implementations for the PUMA Austria organization in alignment with DACH Marketing Team
- Support and provide back-up functions for the PUMA Austria Office Management area
