**What does Zoovu do**

Zoovu is an AI-powered Conversational Search Platform that transforms product data into structured, searchable information so that businesses can deliver scalable consumer-friendly search experiences.

With Zoovu, indecisive customers receive personal and interactive assistance to help make informed purchase decisions.

**The Role**:

- Lead and be the go to contact for a portfolio of accounts and aligned internal teams to develop the customers’ conversational commerce strategy.
- Retain your own portfolio of clients through collaborating with colleagues in the Customer Success organization.
- Drive the growth of and build a long-term relationship with our existing customer accounts.
- Ensuring client portfolio gets ROI from their Zoovu service leading to satisfaction and uncontested renewals.
- Maintain constant contact from initial on-boarding process through negotiation of renewal.
- Challenge the status quo on our current customers while also taking ownership of contract renewals.
- Leverage the existing client to help penetrate new regions or business units to drive upsell opportunities.
- Quickly escalate challenges when need be by having a solution oriented mindset.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years account management experience managing renewals and upsells / expansion.
- Experience managing customers with a consultative product.
- Previous managing customers for tech solutions to brands, industrials & manufacturers in Ecommerce
- Previous experience working with insights solutions
- Experience in using CRM tools to manage and forecast renewal/upsell opportunities and using tech stacks like Outreach, Gainsight, Totango, etc.
- Skills:

- Proactive, problem solving, analytical skills and technical capabilities.
- Be outcome driven: have a desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful.
- Have a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures.
- Skills that makes you comfortable interacting with all levels of clients from C-Level to operational employees.
- Structured approach of managing multiple accounts at the same time.
