Your territory

**As part of our Marketing team, you will**:
Get peace of mind on screens everywhere in over 10 markets, from TV and CTV to online video
Be our expert to set up the entire Media Buying space from scratch
Implement processes, tools and strategies that cover all aspects of Media Buying from negotiations to agency relationship management and success measurement
Enable sustainable business growth by communication through mass media
Work with both Marketing and Design to continuously improve our assets and tailor them towards online or offline audiences
Help set up the technical landscape for measuring our campaigns in close collaboration with our BI Team
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
5+ years of experience in buying media with direct accountability for campaign performance
Strong experience and leadership capacity in agency pitching, campaign planning and negotiations management
Deep familiarity with KPIs and measurement systems of TV, CTV and online video campaigns
Good understanding of how to analyze, optimize and steer direct response campaign performance
Very good English skills
