The Global Project Manager leads and implements complex organizational, innovation and improvement projects on a global level according to the Carcoustics group strategy.
**We are looking for you to join our international team of automotive enthusiasts.**
**Your tasks**:
- Organizational changes and intensive optimization projects on plant level (e.g., plant extensions, re-organizations, new plants et.)
- Interim projects and interim plant management
- Functional leading and guidance of project teams
- Responsible to ensure fulfillment of project targets
- Appropriate involvement of all relevant interfaces and stakeholders
**Your profile**:
- Analytical competencies and solution orientation
- Good technical know-how, product
- and process
- knowledge
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and high engagement
- Functional and leadership competencies
- Minimum experience as a production manager; experience as plant manager is an advantage
