Sustainability Specialist

Master or Diploma in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset
- Permanent, Full-time

**Join Red Bull's Sustainability Team**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Sustainability Team in all ESG related reporting topics and be driving Red Bull’s global decarbonization roadmap.

**MONITORING AND REPORTING**:
You’ll be responsible to conceptualize and debrief the Global Reporting Standards for Sustainability topics while showcasing their impact on the Red Bull business. You’ll be focused on developing and creating the CSRD report and will make sure that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the reporting strategies.

**SUSTAINABILITY ROADMAP**:
You’ll support the creation and implementation of Red Bull’s global Sustainability roadmap by working closely with relevant stakeholders to drive decarbonization projects while participating and presenting in important relevant meetings to them.

**SUSTAINABILITY SYSTEMS INTEGRATION**:
Act as a core team member for the sustainability data integration project and support the IT and Finance Team with sustainability expertise and requirements for all relevant integration questions and workshops.

**CARBON FOOTPRINT REPORTING**:
You’ll be giving support for the Global Sustainability Team in managing Red Bull´s corporate carbon footprint calculation and drive data collection with the other countries and markets.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Master or Diploma in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Proficient with Excel
- Self-motivated team player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
