**ABOUT THE PROGRAMME**
- Our Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 12-month learning journey taking place at our hotel properties, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector.

The MT Rooms program is dedicated to developing you with on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning.

With a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career journey, we champion your strengths and foster continuous improvement to prepare your journey of becoming future leaders of Rosewood Hotel Group.

**ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT**

The Rooms Department ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically. The Rooms Department includes Front Office, Guest Experience, Guest Services, Spa/Fitness and Housekeeping.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results
- Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience
- At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of any industry

- Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. Located just steps away from the city’s most luxurious shopping and dining and its most famous historical sites, Rosewood Vienna serves as an unsurpassed gateway to one of Europe’s most charming destinations. Rosewood Vienna combines the best of European architecture and design with a refined yet modern style. The hotel offers 99 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
