**Job description**:
The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid channels. They focus on campaign-specific results and drive the marketing department’s commercial performance.

You’ll be working with content developed by our marketing department and develop and run organic, pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. You will be in charge of managing the campaigns strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.

In this role you are also responsible for managing all of our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active promoters of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Optimization of target audience profiles while permanently testing and monitoring new content for audience interaction
- Engagement in social media presence creation of new and emerging social media platforms
- Create creatives for social media and paid ads

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (Twitter, LinkedIn, and more).
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Ability to formulate appealing and audience tailored social media content. Develop short texts which are optimized for conspicuity and effect on recipients
- Experience in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in working with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Google Suite, or similar
- Graphic Design creation and editing for supportive visuals and videos

**Qualifications and experiences**:

- Experience in B2B marketing of a high-tech company
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing paid search, retargeting, social network advertising
- Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree would be an advantage

The cross salary offered (**full-time-equivalent**) is between EUR 43,000 and EUR 49.000 p.
