You make sure that we find, keep and build a team of A players, while staying true to our core values. This includes various areas, ranging from recruiting to people development and salaries to the more administrative side of people and culture as well as supporting our people leads and the team in general.

**Your responsibility**:

- If it is a people-related process, you shape and manage it, be it with your own ideas or best practices from other companies
- You identify skill gaps and development options and find ways how to address them, together with the responsible people leads
- We have two offices in Barcelona and Innsbruck and one-third of our team is fully remote, working on building internal community and connectivity is therefore also an important part of your role

**Your profile**:

- You are passionate about people and culture
- You have first hands-on experience in people and culture related fields (such as recruiting, people development etc.)
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are interested in the culinary world
- You have strong decision-making, organizing and community building skills
- You are a digital native, finding ways to automatize and optimize things
- Fluent in English and in German

**Location**:Innsbruck

**Shares**: Participate in the long-term success of Gronda with our employee share program

**Salary**: Min. €34,000 (full-time equivalent) - overpay based on skills

**Time**: 30-40 hrs
