As a **Senior Venture Architect**, you will play a key role in managing project goals, guiding and mentoring a small team of Venture Analysts and Architects to deliver high-quality result, identifying opportunities for follow-on projects, and contributing to sales and business development efforts.

**What you will be doing**:

- Take ownership of projects or specific workstreams, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
- Proactively manage project goals and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
- Actively support sales activities, including engaging in sparring sessions with Partners to generate new business opportunities.

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- 5+ years of experience in venture development, innovation, or strategy consulting, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute impactful strategies.
- Experience as a project lead, with responsibility for the quality and coordination of workstreams.
- Strong skills in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Broad expertise in innovation and venture development, with in-depth knowledge of 1-2 focus industries or topics that enable meaningful discussions with clients.
- Fluency in German and English
