Mechanical Supervisor

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinate tasks on-site according to priorities and planning
- Compile schedules and monitor crew attendance
- Review the safety practices and ensure all employees are following company and federal safety guidelines
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities and ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Supervise and train workers and mechanics
- Ensuring compliance with all safety precautions and quality standards
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Progress report to managers, engineers etc.

**Your personal attributes**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as Supervisor for mechanical erection of hydro power plant equipment
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade
- In-depth knowledge of hydro turbine installation
- Familiar with construction management software packages
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Above average English skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel for stays abroad for several weeks (worldwide)

Additional travel and assembly allowance. We are prepared to pay more depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
