**Analyst decarbonation & energy transformation (M/F/d)**

**About you**

You are passionate to support the decarbonization of the industry. You want to speed up energy transformation

and understand what drives the business and will be our business purpose. As a structured, hands-on and analytical thinker you like to handle complex tasks and projects. You like to have an impact on business and working together with colleagues on any organizational level is part of your basic routine.

In addition, you have:

- Completed education in technical or commercial area (HTL, FH, University)
- Strong analytical and business background providing experience with effectively framing issues to efficiently arrive at solutions
- High level of proficiency creating visual design and messaging for presentations to executive level audience
- Proven ability to organize, track, prioritize, and drive objectives of multiple concurrent projects across cross functional teams
- Professional experience in energy transformation and/ or decarbonation
- MS Office but especially very good knowledge in Excel & pivot tables is a must have
- English, (optional German and Portuguese)
- Experience in energy and efficiency calculations
- Travelling is required at a maximum of 10%

**About the job**
As an Analyst you will work in a global project team. You are part of the RHI Magnesita journey on it´s exiting path to become Carbon neutral. You support the team with financial modelling and cost comparisons of the relevant technologies.

Your tasks will include:

- Analyzing energy and related cost impacts of certain technologies that are viable to reduce carbon emissions
- Consider developments in the energy market and handle future uncertainties by risk analysis methods
- Provide ad hoc analysis for energy and emission related topics
- Support our global technology experts for carbon reduction technologies with data anlysis
- Take over smaller technical projects within the team
- Monitor project progress relative to resources, the time schedule and features as specified by the established project protocol
- Collect, review and present project status reports of resources and time schedule for the appropriate stakeholders involved to be aware of all circumstances that influence project performance and completion

According to your previous experience and qualifications and in keeping with the market the annual gross salary will start from € 50.000 (full time basis). We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
