**Your responsibilities**:

- Writing a master thesis in the area of multicore.
- It is to be examined how the cores can be used efficiently under use of a real-time operating system (VxWorks). An important part of this will be how tasks can be automatically distributed between the cores to achieve an optimal distribution of computing tasks.

**Your background**:

- You are currently in the final stage of a master's degree at a university/technical college in a technical field of study
- Experience in operating system related programming
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting and writing skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Initiative and a high level of self-motivation to actively drive issues and ensure their implementation
- Ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
