Partner Marketing Manager

In this position you are responsible for the global channel marketing program definition and execution. You will work very closely with channel partners, the channel sales team and the marketing team to support and to help channel partners drive business growth. The role is very hands-on and reports directly to the Head of Global Partnership and Alliances with strong local alignment to the Field Marketing teams.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and execute marketing initiatives for Emarsys Partners (incl. fostering relationships with key partner contacts and developing unique education initiatives or promotions for partner teams and their customers)
- Define joint messages, positioning and value propositions with partners
- Create scalable campaigns aimed at increasing Emarsys’ position as a thought leader in the partner community, focusing on the business value
- Develop and manage communication programs to keep partners informed on Emarsys’ positioning and go-to-market programs (including a monthly newsletter, quarterly meet-ups, partner training, product updates, etc)
- Set initiatives to generate new leads for our partners (and Emarsys)
- Work closely with other Emarsys teams (such as Channel Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Enablement) to design and execute programs, materials, events and other sales-tools for recruiting, onboarding and supporting partners in communication

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Graduated in Business with a major in marketing (or similar education)
- 2-5 years professional experience in a hands-on marketing role (preferably in an agency or marketing technology company) as well as some experience in digital marketing
- Previous exposure to partner marketing is an asset
- Marketing automation knowledge (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo)
- Basic experience with Wordpress and Salesforce
- Concise copy writing skills
- Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
- Strong ability to influence and drive consensus, analytical approach
- Outstanding English skills (written and oral)
