We are constantly growing and we think that's great. Of course, this also means more work and that's why **Paul, our Co-CEO, needs support**. We are not only looking for an organizational genius with a talent for prioritization, but also for a person who seeks exchange with colleagues and maintains the close **connection between our managing directors, or chief woomsters as we call them, and the woomsters **with JOY, COURAGE and RESPONSIBILITY.

**Your Mission**
- You act as a **central contact person** for internal and external requests to our CEO, prioritizing and processing them accordingly
- You organize meetings, prepare presentations and take minutes, **discretion is key**:

- You support in **project management**:

**Your Skills**
- You already have a **few years of experience as an executive assistant**:

- You are a professional in handling **calendars, video conferences and presentations**:

- Our daily work is bilingual, so **excellent German and English skills **are a must
- You have a **good sense of priorities**:

- You find it easy to approach others and** create trusting relationships**:

- You enjoy working in an agile, informal and** fast-changing environment**:

- You are** flexible with your schedule,** so you can attend meetings in different time zones from time to time

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.200.00 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
