Die Klinik Penzing (KPE) ist eine Sonderkrankenanstalt innerhalb des Wiener Gesundheitsverbundes. Im Westareal befinden sich die Orthopädische Abteilung, die Abteilung für Atemwegs
- und Lungenkrankheiten sowie die Institute für Röntgen
- und Labordiagnostik. Im Mittelteil befindet sich die Interne Abteilung mit der Akutgeriatrie. Die 1. und 3. Psychiatrische Abteilung, das Zentrum für Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik sowie das Zentrum für Suchtkranke befinden sich im Ostareal.
