we are looking for a business-oriented inhouse lawyer to take the position of a legal expert (f/m/x) who wants to be at the forefront of shaping the most innovative trading services for the short-term power market. as part of our “growth” team, you will be a vital support for the development of enspired’s business, supporting international sales and commercial objectives with your legal expertise.

provide solution-oriented legal advice

with your legal expertise, you
- support and drive our expansion and accelerate our sales cycles across Europe,
- work in international environment with partners from different jurisdictions,
- provide legal advice on our trading as a service and related partner agreements and business projects,
- critically review commercial contracts suggesting business-oriented solutions,
- lead contractual negotiations with clients and third parties,
- advise on legal risks and minimize the impact of legal risks for the business and
- monitor and advise on applicable energy market laws (national and on the EU-level).

**Requirements**:
How you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom,
- have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer working in international business environment,
- are proficient in legal drafting and negotiating in English and German,
- have experience working with international commercial contracts,
- optionally bring legal knowledge in the energy industry,
- are proficient in Microsoft Word,
- have a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative mind-set,
- are interested in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence,
- have a detail-oriented and structured way of working,
- have the ability to handle complex (legal) matters presenting them to others in an understandable manner, and
- are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
