**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Shape, maintain & steer the delivery of the business unit strategy & drive alignment across various stakeholder groups
- Lead strategic planning initiatives for the B2B unit in close collaboration with the various business functions as input for global enterprise planning
- Screen & identify new business opportunities & embed into business unit strategy
- Identify, prioritize and independently lead the execution of a portfolio of strategic projects for the business unit
- Define & shape the product portfolio pipeline for the B2B unit and lead the alignment for product access with global stakeholders in close collaboration with Commercial & Product Management teams
- Act as sparring partner for the business unit leadership team on strategic matters & beyond

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Scientific academic degree in natural sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent) or Master's degree/MBA in Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with generic focus
- At least 3 years of experience as Strategy or Management Consultant
- Profound commercial knowledge of the Generics business
- Strong results orientation, and willingness to have extensive involvement in day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills with strong persuasive and influencing skills

For this position the minimum salary is € 73.187 / year (on a full time basis).
