TABLETING AND CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING EXPERT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning and execution of continuous manufacturing processes in the field of oral solid dosage forms and

tableting activities (on lab and pilot-scale machinery).
- Support scientific project execution in continuous twin-screw wet granulation, continuous direct compression and

tableting activities.
- Good Documentation Practices including the generation of Master Batch Records (MBR) and Batch Records (BR),

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.Close collaboration with equipment vendors on related machinery maintenance and support on their calibration.
- Training of personnel on tableting equipment and continuous manufacturing lines.Ensure data generated from all experimental work is available and recorded correctly according to Good

Documentation Practices.
- Data analysis and sound understanding of interactions between critical process parameters (CPPs), critical

material attributes (CMAs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs) of the intermediates and final product.
- Follow all agreed RCPE working procedures, including completion of all analytical test analysis, equipment log

books, Standard Operating Procedures and safety procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MS degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related disciplines
- Professional experience in laboratory or pilot plant environment
- Interest and experience in performing top-level and target-oriented research at the interface of basic science and
- Professional conduct and communication skills in dealing with international clients, partners and colleagues
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes for oral solid dosage forms
- Knowledge of continuous manufacturing processes is an advantage
