Are you ready to join us?We are looking for a Operations Lead HR Austria (m/f/d) for our Austrian subsidiary to lead our Austrian Operations Unit and be part of the Austrian Management Team. Work location can be Vienna or Pasching (Linz). What do we have to offer? A minimum salary of 53.543€ (full-time, 40h) per year in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, we will of course offer you a competitive salary in line with market conditions. But also: In-depth knowledge and professional experience in payroll of 10+ years At least 5 years of experience in leading a team Ideally knowledge of our payroll systems (Sage DPW, SAP ECP and SAP HCM) Confidence in dealing with customers High social and leadership skills Initiative, assertiveness, resilience High level of focus on results and goals as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting Very good knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English What tasks can you expect?
