In this dynamic position, you will be the central point of contact for our customers, fostering close relationships and ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.You are responsible for the entire customer experience, handling everything from software and service orders to invoicing and maintenance. In this position, you will take on expanded responsibilities, including full ownership of customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Proactively build strong customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and invoices. You ensure a first-class customer experience while keeping our CRM up to date.Organize and moderate regular Business Review Meetings.Drive the consultative Up-Sell and Cross-Sell process.Focus on building long-term customer relationships and ensuring they derive the maximum benefit from our software solutions and services.Manage the entire financial cycle, from order to invoicing for software and services, ensuring timely payments and creating important reports for management.Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues and optimize workflows.Skills and Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT or software industry.Fluency in German and English is mandatory.Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.Integrity: A high degree of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
