About the role This family-owned early learning centre, which is just three years old, caters to over 100 children when at full capacity. Their philosophy centres on nurturing childrens' interests with warmth and care, encouraging empowerment through child-initiated experiences and fostering strong connections with families and the community. What you will do Lead, guide and mentor your fellow Nursery Educators to deliver high-quality educational and care experiences.Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).Build solid relationships with teams, children and families, proactively communicating with families on children's learning goals and development. What you will need A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum) as approved by ACECQAHas at least one year of experience leading a room or 3 years as a Diploma qualified Educator with natural leadership abilitiesHave a passion for working with babiesPassion for positively impacting children's development and mentoring fellow educatorsThe usual documentation Blue Card, First Aid, etcExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with colleagues, families and the communityA solid understanding of contemporary child-safe practices, regulations and early learning frameworks.
