Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.    Role Overview Our client currently has a vacancy for a ServiceNow Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Austria. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.    Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent Location: Vienna Workplace: Onsite Note only EU citizens can be considered    Requirements University degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. information science, engineering, etc.) with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture;Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance;Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems;Experience with ServiceNow products IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM);Experience with ServiceNow modules Discovery (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITOM);Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs;Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management processes and related technologies;One of the following certifications is mandatory for the performance of tasks: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management (ITSM) administrator;Excellent command of the English language.    Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business and IT requirements;Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with other enterprise systems;Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, define technical solutions, and ensure efficient delivery of ServiceNow functionalities;Ensure platform stability and performance through upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow architecture and configurations.
