La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda cliente con sede in Austria, a 10 km circa dal confine Italiano, settore mobilità inclusiva, è alla ricerca di un/a:

TEMPORARY PROJECT MANAGER

che supporti l'azienda in una fase di transizione e strutturazione interna.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Coordinare l'implementazione di procedure interne in ambito regolatorio, qualità e gestione progetti.
  • Agire da ponte tra le policy aziendali, lo sviluppo prodotto e i requisiti regolatori.
  • Introdurre e monitorare strumenti e processi metodici di lavoro.
  • Garantire che le attività siano in linea con le normative di settore e gli standard qualitativi.
  • Supportare la direzione nello sviluppo di una struttura di governance più efficace.

Nello specifico, in candidato ideale ha maturato le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o gestionale (o cultura equivalente).
  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Project Manager in contesti strutturati di almeno 5-10 anni.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di analisi e visione d'insieme.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e approccio pratico.
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con funzioni trasversali.

Tipologia contrattuale: Temporary contract / consulenza, con impegno iniziale dai 6 ai 12 mesi. Possibilità di inserimento diretto al termine di questo periodo.

Sede di lavoro: Austria.
