Head of IT & Digitalization (m/w) | Weltmarktführer

Ein traditionsreiches, international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit mehreren Produktions- und Vertriebsstandorten sucht im Zuge einer organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung eine erfahrene, strategisch denkende und gleichzeitig hands-on agierende Führungspersönlichkeit für die Gesamtleitung der IT im Großraum Salzburg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Organisation an mehreren europäischen Standorten
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Infrastruktur, Applikationen, Service & Support sowie IT-Service-Management
  • Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Verantwortung für Budget und Ressourcen
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse nach ITIL/ITSM-Standards und Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität
  • Verantwortung für einen stabilen, sicheren IT-Betrieb sowie aktive Rolle bei Innovations- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Informationssicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. ISO 27001, NIS2)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung und zentralen Unternehmensfunktionen
  • Schnittstelle zu Fachabteilungen sowie technischen Entwicklungsbereichen

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT- oder Wirtschaftsinformatikbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer IT-Organisation, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Service-Management-Methoden (ITIL/ITSM)
  • Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung, IT-Sicherheit und Compliance-Standards
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
