For our Marketing-Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
Event Coordinator, 80-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
- You develop creative event concepts, plan promotional campaigns, and take responsibility for their implementation.
- You design exhibition stands and organize on-site programs.
- You coordinate participants, ensure smooth operations, and take care of guests on-site.
- You manage physical and virtual events as well as customer training and promote them via social media and industry-specific channels.
- You handle post-event tasks, including feedback analysis and event reviews.
- You maintain event data in the CRM system, including lead management.
- You travel across Europe to attend events and collaborate closely with internal teams and partners.
What are we looking for?
- You have completed commercial training.
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or tourism.
- You stand out with strong communication skills, organizational talent, and initiative.
- You enjoy working with people from different countries and cultures.
- You remain flexible, reliable, and calm—even in stressful situations.
- You speak German at C2 level and very good English; additional languages are a plus.
- You are proficient in using MS Office confidently.
