About Our Client
Als Team Lead Software Engineer leitest du bei einem renommierten Grazer IT-Unternehmen im Bereich EDV- und Softwaresysteme ein engagiertes Entwicklungsteam und verantwortest die technische Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen. Dabei kombinierst du Führungsaufgaben mit aktiver Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten in einem modernen, flexiblen Arbeitsumfeld.

Job Description

  • Aufbau sowie operative und technische Leitung eines Softwareentwicklungsteams.
  • Mitwirkung in allen Phasen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses für interne Softwareprodukte.
  • Unterstützung der Teammitglieder in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie Förderung des Teamzusammenhalts.
  • Laufende Analyse und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Ansätze zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Lösungen.
  • Verantwortung für Projektmanagement, Einhaltung von Meilensteinen sowie Steuerung zentraler Parameter wie Qualität, Zeit und Aufwand.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Features.

The Successful Applicant

  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere mit C#/.NET.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer Führungs- oder Projektleitungsfunktion.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
