Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with businesses to develop tailored advertising solutions, drive their online growth, and deliver measurable marketing success through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult clients on personalized online advertising strategies aligned with their business goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while supporting overall team performance
  • Build strong client relationships through expert advice and consistent support
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to design data-driven ad campaigns
  • Optimize digital strategies for better results and higher return on investment (ROI)

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
