What INNIO OffersAn innovative and international working environmentFlexible working time modeHealth We Care Program – including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport – station in direct proximityTransportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesOwnership of container process engineering for new product developments and complex project-specific designsAnalyze and optimize complex design aspects affecting multiple sub-systems of containerized solutions such as:Noise emissionsContainer ventilationCFD results of multi-unit site layouts considering airflow, temperature distribution and static pressure differencesSeismic designsWind and snow loadsClose collaboration with mechanical and electrical design engineers for containers & BoP componentsAct as key interface to external container manufacturers to define detail designsParticipation in customer project meetings to define scope, align project specifications and define technical solutionsSupport generation of RFQ documentation and support evaluation, validation and ramp-up of new packaging suppliersDevelopment and validation of new technologies targeting new applications, system performance improvements and cost optimizationsYour ProfileBSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educationExtensive engineering work experience with containerized stationary gensets or a related engineering fieldProven experience in complex product development and project executionFlexible mindset and ability to adapt to complex customer needsAdvanced expertise in the use of quality tools and techniques along the development processComfortable in an international environment with exceptional communication skills.Comfortable with presentation of detailed technical topics across a wide range of audiences.Excellent English & German language skillsAbility and willingness to travel extensively (>30%)A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.673,74 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience
