Student Support (m/w/d) Office Management (20-25h/Woche)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Steuerung von agilen und hybriden IT-Betriebsvorhaben und erhältst spannende Einblicke in moderne Projektmethoden
  • Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings (z. B. Planung von Workshops, Erstellung von Protokollen)
  • Du unterstützt bei koordinativen Aufgaben wie Terminkoordination und Planungsmanagement
  • Du erstellst Wissensartikel und offizielle Kommunikationsinhalte für verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Intranet, Confluence, MS Teams)
  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Koordination von agilen Teams sowie Projektsteuerung – praxisnah und direkt im Projektalltag

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes Studium (Schwerpunkt BWL, IT oder Ähnliches)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an Kommunikation
  • Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und genaues Arbeiten
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, hohes persönliches Engagement und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und adäquater positionsrelevanter Berufserfahrung ein monatliches Bruttogehalt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag geboten.
KV-Einstufung AT01 Einstiegsstufe (2.473,-) für 38,5h/Woche.
Unsere Gehaltspakete liegen - abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation und basierend auf dem oben angeführten Anforderungsprofil - deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
