Description


For our Engineering Controlling Department—which is divided into Project Management Office (PMO) and Engineering Operations—we are searching for a Lead Assistant Engineering & OPS Specialist (m/f/d). This role requires high cross-functional interaction across various business departments to ensure efficient processes and execution within Engineering. Supporting the VP Product Development Jenbacher is a key responsibility. Join our global team now   What we offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide office, meeting, and travel management for the VP Product Development Jenbacher
  • Support Engineering Controlling (PMO & Operations) with daily operations, budget planning, and process management
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure efficient processes across business departments
  • Manage engineering facilities, office materials, and distribution lists
  • Organize workshops and special meetings, including logistics and catering
  • Handle confidential information and drive process improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills; experience with O365
  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality
  • Enjoy working in an international, dynamic team; business fluent in German and/or English
  • Experience with product development in complex technical environment and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Tableau, Oracle, Dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI).
  • A valid work permit for Austria is required for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to your application).
